Obituary of H. Richard Poljanowski

POLJANOWSKI, H. Richard (Rick) Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in his home on Monday, October 5, 2009. Beloved husband of Patricia for 35 years. Loving father of Philip (Kori Davis), Michael (Angela), David and James. Treasured grandfather of Courtnee, Meghan, Amber, Keira, Owen, Dylan and Christina. Dear brother of Christine (Rocky) Adams. Rick will be sadly missed by his family and friends. A special thank you to Irene and the girls of CCAC. In accordance with Rick's wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of Rick's life will be held at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. , on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. An inurnment will follow the service at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
