Obituary of Annie Kolochuk

KOLOCHUK ANNIE Passed away peacefully, on Friday August 7, 2009 at the St Catharines General Hospital, at 88 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Roy Kolochuk. Loving mother of Olga (Don) Roger, Ray (Maria), Patricia (Wayne) Carpenter, Ronnie (Lynn), Betty Ann (Doug Thompson). Cherished Baba of Dianna (Troy) Dudzik, David Roger, Ryan (Tina) Kolochuk, Julie Carpenter, Darren (Christina) Jackson, Jason (Leigh-Ann) Jackson and great Baba of Gavin and Lauren Dudzik, Tyler, Garrett, Josh, Cody and Megan Jackson. Dear sister of Nellie Baschuk, Mike Storosko and Ed and Betty Storosko. Annie will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends at St. Catharines Place. Predeceased by her brother Steve Storosko and her many close friends and neighbors. Annie is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. where the funeral liturgy outside of mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11am. Rite of Committal to follow in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting hours are Monday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Memorial remembrances to the Diabetes Association, Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family. The family wish to extend a heartfelt thank you to the caring staff of St Catharines Place, the doctors and nursing staff of the St Catharines General Hospital. Annie will live on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
