Obituary of Maureen Armstrong

Armstrong, Maureen Ryan (Ames) Passed away peacefully on April 30, 2010. Maureen is lovingly remembered by her husband Bill; children Kathryn (Stuart), Carol (David), Mike (Barb), Sandra (Andy), brothers and sisters Mike (Louise), Dave (Mary), Carol Garry) and Joe (Paula). She will be forever cherished by her many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Maureen especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren; whether feeding the ducks in Port Dalhousie or hiking along a trail, she was always on the go. She was a caring, loving person who always put the needs of others ahead of her own. Her kindness touched the lives of many and she will always live on in our hearts. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received a the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines, Ontario (905) 937-4444 on Saturday, May 8 at 12:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 1:00 p.m.
