Obituary of Sandra Christina Dow
Sandra Dow passed away peacefully at Millenium Trail Manor on December 8th at the age of 85. Cherished mother to Stephen, Terry, Greg (Brenda), Bill (Kath). Dear sister to Shelia and the late Linda.
Sandra was born St. John New Brunswick, to parents Dave and May Olive. She moved to Ontario in the 1960s to start a family with her husband Bill Dow. She enjoyed raising her family in St. Catharines and watching them grow.
The family would like to express their gratitude for the staff at Lundy Manor for their exceptional care. Thank you also to Millenium Trail Manor for their special care during Sandra’s stay and support in her final days.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME 585 Carlton St. Catharines. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, December 13th at 10am. A funeral service will be held directly following the visitation at 11am in the George Darte Ceremony room. Following the service, a burial will be held at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
Donations in Sandra’s memory can be made to the Alzheimers Society Niagara Foundation.
