Obituary of Charles Williams

Williams, Charles A. Farewell to our one-in-a-million family man who passed away peacefully in his 77th year on May 30, 2002 at Linhaven. He was a loving and devoted single father to his 5 children: Glenn (Luanne) Williams, Gary (Elizabeth) Williams, Analee (Gary) Kostiuk, Donna (John) Williams, and Rick (Devon) Williams. The long arms of his love extended to his 8 grandchildren: Brandon, Laney, Marcie, Tiffany, Kevin, Taylor, David, and Miranda. Will be sadly missed by Ralph & Norton. Our world will never be the same without him. Our very sincere gratitude to all the friends and staff at Linhaven and the Continuing Care unit of the St. Catharines General Hospital who gave him top-notch care, support, laughter, and love. You greatly enhanced his last months of life. Family will welcome friends at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St., on Saturday 7-9pm and Sunday 2-4pm. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 11am. Interment will take place at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy and remembrance, donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated. They were an indispensable resource and support for us over the last few years.
