Obituary of April Susan Triska Feasby

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved April Susan Triska Feasby on Monday, April 28 2025 surrounded by love. Now reunited with her cherished husband, David Feasby and her parents, Joe and Jane Triska. Fondly remembered by Dan (Dianne) Feasby and nieces Jennifer (Matthew) and Stephanie; great-nieces Madelyn and Maya, and extended family members in both Canada and the United States. April’s generosity and loyalty will be missed by her large family of friends who shared her love of life. April also leaves behind her beloved cats, Charlotte and Louie who are going to loving homes.

April was born in Illinois but left her home to follow the love of her life Dave to Canada. Together they made many memories, both here in Ontario and in Saskatchewan. April shared the love of sailing with her late husband Dave and also enjoyed biking, swimming, golfing and walking. She was a tireless volunteer with the Rotary Club of St. Catharines, in particular the annual Ribfest and TV Auction. April was an avid supporter of the Niagara Symphony Orchestra and the First Ontario Performing Arts Centre where she spent many enjoyable hours.  

April’s smile will be missed by all.  

In keeping with April’s wishes, cremation has taken place and funeral arrangements have been entrusted with the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines. Guests are welcome for a time of visitation on Saturday, May 10 2025 from 12:30pm – 2pm. A Celebration of Life will begin at 2:00pm in the funeral home ceremony room with a reception to follow on-site. If desired, please consider making a donation to The Rotary Club of St. Catharines, NHS-St. Catharines and/or a charity of your choice in memory of April.
