Obituary of Jennifer Denise Weller

Jennifer “Denise” Weller of St. Catharines, ON passed away in her 81 st year with family at her side on Friday April 4, 2025. Denise was born April 5, 1944 at the Bridge End Maternity Hospital Corbridge just outside Newcastle Upon Tyne

She was an active member of St Barnabas Anglican Church on Queenston St. She enjoyed baking and sharing her baked goods with her church family and staff at the March of Dimes.

Denise is survived by her husband Thomas Weller, sons Gary Dorricott (Denise), Stuart Dorricott (Victoria), and grandchildren John, Eileen, and Thomas.  Also survived by her sister Jacqueline, her brother David and many neices and nephews in Canada and the United Kingdom.

We extend a special thank you to the staff at the March of Dimes on Carlton St and the staff and volunteers at Hospice Niagara on Ontario St for making her last few months comfortable. Your kindness and support is appreciated.

At Denise's request cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at George Darte Funeral Home on Friday April 11th from 2-4 & 6-8pm.
