

Obituary of Betty Ann Yuhasz
Peacefully in her sleep in her own home on Tuesday, March 25th, 2025. Betty Ann beloved wife of Ed. Cherished mom of Mike (Monique) and Mark (Erin) Devoted grandma to Sarah, Abbey, and Brando. Lovingly remembered by her brothers Phil (Kathy) and Bob (Nancy) nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
Betty Ann enjoyed teaching for over 40 years in the Separate School Board and was an active member in the Niagara Region with the Roman Catholic Community and many groups connected with the church. She was involved deeply with the CWL, prayer groups and volunteering in any way she could. Betty Ann was the most loving and generous woman who shared her kindness with everyone.
The family will receive friends at the George Darte Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 585 Carlton St, St. Catharines on Sunday, March 30 from 2-4 & 6-8pm. Vigil prayers at 3pm. Funeral Mass on Monday morning, March 31st at 11am at Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church 34 Elgin St. Interment Victoria Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations made to St. Vincent de Paul Society in Betty Ann's memory would be appreciated by her family.
