Joseph Wedsworth, 73, passed away peacefully at home on February 27, 2025. Born on May 15, 1951, in St. Catharines, Joseph spent much of his life in Merritton, where he found joy in woodworking, painting, writing his memoirs, and listening to music.

He had a deep love for craftsmanship, shaping wood into beautiful creations, and expressing his thoughts through art and writing.  Music was also a constant companion in his life, bringing him comfort and inspiration. His memoirs captured the journey of his life—his triumphs, challenges, and reflections.

Joe leaves behind two daughters, Shannon Andrew, and Julie Hitchcock.

Per his wishes, no memorial service will be held. Those who knew him will remember a man who found beauty in the details and meaning in the stories he left behind.
