Obituary of Norman Gene Robert

Norman "Normy" Robert (1963-2025) passed away after a long battle on February 18th, 2025 at the age of 61 years old.

Preceded in death by his father Andre, his mother Joyce and his son/best friend Joshua.

Cherished father to Rebecca (Michael).

Dear brother to Andre (Shirley), Annette, and Deny (Sheri).

A generous, kind-hearted man, Norman arrived here on Earth holding the world by the tail. With his endless zest for life, he could do anything he put his mind to.

A gifted musician and exceptional vocalist, Norman loved to play acoustic guitar and sing along while others were playing.

Norman had a great sense of humour just like his father and wanted nothing more than to make those around him smile.

He spent the majority of his younger years having a blast with his siblings playing hockey in the parking lot, riding bikes for days on end, and attending concerts at the CNE.

As a great lover of the outdoors, his favourite and most memorable pastimes were fishing and camping with his father and brothers at Lake Erie, the Niagara River, Eagle Lake and Commanda Lake.

Norm was a lifelong companion to his many cousins and to all the friends he effortlessly made everywhere he went.

His kindness, wisdom, and humour touched countless lives, leaving an imprint that will never fade.
