Obituary of Betty Evelyn Bayley

Betty Evelyn Bayley. July 16,1930 (Grays, England) - February 20, 2025 (Niagara Falls, Canada).

Mum/Muma passed away peacefully in her own time after a long illness. She was a strong woman who supported her family on the home front. Loving mother to Liz (Doug Suarez) and Val, grandmother to Jonathan Douglas (Lindsay Hunter), Ken, Alyse and Franklyn Searle (Garrett Mitchell) and great grandmother to Bayley and Quinn. Predeceased by her beloved husband Stanley (2019) and her son-in-law Doug Searle (2020). Betty spent a great deal of time pursuing her passions, including hiking, music, reading, art and drama. She volunteered for over three decades for various organizations, including Meals on Wheels. Therefore if you wish, please make a donation to Meals on Wheels in your local community. Special thanks to those who cheered her up and kept her comfortable in her final months, in particular Bryanne, Avey, Loveleen, Laura and Sue.

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held in May.
