Much loved Uncle to 75 nieces and nephews and numerous greats.

Brian was a kind-hearted, hardworking family man who dedicated 20 years working for Alcan Canada, followed by 15 years at Cla-Val before for his retirement in 2015. In retirement Brian enjoyed fishing trips and could always be found with a good book, relaxing and reading outside.

Family and friends are going to miss Brian’s witty sense of humor and his love for his family. Brian had a love for sports, and you could always find him watching hockey and baseball games. Mackenzie’s games were his 1st love to watch as he would beam with pride. Brian adored bringing his grandson, Cole, to and from the bus stop each day for school. In the last 11 months, Brian cherished meeting and getting acquainted with his newest grandson, Keegan.

At Brian’s request, cremation has taken place. Family will receive guests at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Sunday, July 9, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.  A Celebration of Brian’s Life will take place at noon in the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL followed by a reception luncheon in the Kristen French Fellowship Hall.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Autism Niagara and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
