GEORGE, Jacob (Shibu)

Passed away peacefully at home, with his loving family by his side on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at the age of 46. Beloved husband of Bindu Joseph. Cherished father of David and Emily. Loving brother of Sibi (Mathew), Saji (Marykutty), Saju (George), Shaji (Thomas), Shanti (Elizabeth), and Shiji. Much loved son of C.M George and late Aleykutty George. Jacob will also be missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends.

Jacob worked for the Niagara Health System as a Discharge Planner, spending most of his time at the Welland site.

Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Friday, June 16 from 3-5 and 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Andrew the Apostle Roman Catholic Parish, 4 St Andrews Avenue (Corner of East Main and St. Andrew Ave), Welland on Saturday, June 17 at 10:30 a.m. Rite of Committal to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 50 Woodlawn Road, Welland. Memorial donations may be made to Niagara Health System (NHS) One Foundation, Welland Site.
