After a brief illness, TJ passed away peacefully with family by his side on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at the age of 26. TJ will be forever loved and remembered by his parents, Shelley and Ron; his siblings Emily (Alex Morrison) & Ben; his dogs Sadie & Cooper. He will also be missed by his grandfather Wayne Bridgett, his aunt Kim (Art), Matthew, his dear friends Natasha & Rob and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Predeceased by his grandmothers, Bonnie Bridgett & Mary Berg. The family would like to thank Alison Miculan, Dr. Hollidge, and nurse Kim for all of the care and compassion given to TJ and his family. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Tuesday, May 30 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of TJ's life will take place on Wednesday, May 31 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
