Obituary of Helene Ivanauskas

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Helene on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at the St. Catharines General Hospital. She is now reunited with her loving husband John.  Beloved mother of John Jr. and Ramona.  She will be missed by her siblings Violeta, Raimundas, Viktoras as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister Sarlota.

Helene enjoyed looking her best, especially at New Year’s celebrations. She was also hardworking and always supported her family.  Helene enjoyed sewing, cooking and baking as well as looking after the petunias in her garden.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at 12:00 pm at the Anapilis-St. John's Lithuanian Martyrs' Church, 2185 Stavebank Road, Mississauga. Burial will take place at St. John's Lithuanian Cemetery, Mississauga following the service.
