BARTOSHEWSKI, Mike Passed away with family by his side on Friday, August 19, 2016 in his 85th year. Beloved Husband of 59 years to Mavis (nee Coultas). Loving and caring Dad to Karen (Bryon) Neumann, Ken Bartoshewski, Sandra (Ralph) Wilson. Proud Grandpa of Kaylen (Emily) Bartoshewski, Robert Neumann, Jennifer Neumann and Braden Bartoshewski. Dear brother of Margaret (Henry) Dayday, of Saskatoon, and brother-in-law of Albena (the late Albert), Merle (the late Jake). Mike will also be fondly missed by his nieces and nephews in Saskatchewan & Ontario and by his dog Archie, who will be keeping his chair warm. Mike was born in Saskatchewan on October 19, 1931. He moved to Ontario, where he worked for General Motors. Mike will be remembered for his kindness, his smile, and for his love of family. Special thanks to Dr. O'Reilly and the staff at Heidehof on 3C for their kindness and compassion. Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Tuesday, August 23 from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. A Celebration of Mike's life will follow in the funeral home chapel at 11:30 a.m. A reception will follow in the Kristen French Fellowship Hall. Interment will take place at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
