Obituary of Margaret Ethel Taylor

Taylor, Margaret "Marge" - On Tuesday July, 26 at Linhaven Home at the age of 90 years with her loving family present. Will be sadly missed by her devoted husband Bob of 71 years, who made two visits a day on his scooter to her the last 100 days of her life. Beloved mother to Ken (Denise) and daughter Pat (Dave) Laskey of Saskatchewan. Unconditionally loving grandma to Jeff (Sandee), Steven (Wendy), Kate (Frank) Borszcz, Michael (Ben) Marco and Jennifer (Steve) Froese. Cherished great grandmother of 14. Fondly remembered by her siblings Eileen (Mitch), the late Ken (Georgina), Allan (Margaret) all of St. Thomas and many other loving family members. The staff at Linhaven and Alzheimer's Society were very helpful and supportive in the care for our mother. Marge will be remembered as an outgoing, avid square dancer who enjoyed playing cards with many good friends over the years. The family will receive friends at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street, on Saturday July, 30 between 10am - 12pm. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Marge's life will be held in the funeral home following the gathering of visitation at 12 pm. A private family burial will take place at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimers Society in Marge's memory.
