Obituary of Alice Truesdale

TRUESDALE, Alice (nee Theal) It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Alice on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 surrounded by her family. Devoted Mother to Robert (Patricia), Dennis (Janet), Shawn (Bernice), Shelley (Mike) and Delia (Dave). Cherished Gma to 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She will be fondly remembered by her brothers, sisters, many other extended family members and friends. Predeceased by her loving husband Rae, daughter Cheryle and grandson Sean. A special thank you to the staff at the SCGH hospital 3rd floor Nephrology for their kindness and compassion. Alice's family will receive guests at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., on Monday, July 18, 2016 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Liturgy Outside of Mass will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. A Rite of Committal will follow the service at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens, Hwy 20 Fonthill. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation in Alice's memory.
