Obituary of Mark Francis Dedinsky

DEDINSKY, Mark Francis It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Mark Francis Dedinsky at the age of 57 on Wednesday June 22, 2016 at his home in Niagara Falls. Mark was born in Vancouver, British Columbia on August 11, 1958. Loving father of Rachel and Thomas. Beloved son of Patricia and brother to Marian, Grace (Duane), and Eve (Brad). Loving uncle to Darline (Kris), Lauren, and Brett. Predeceased by his father Thomas. Mark is also survived by many cousins and friends who will miss him dearly. In addition to serving the Niagara region as a lawyer since 1988, Mark was a dedicated coach, mentor, and colleague. Mark was passionate about many things including sports, reading, writing, and watching movies with his two children. Mark was a very intelligent man; a man who studied everything from medicine to theology and even after his studies, continued to make an active attempt to learn each and every day. A special thanks to everyone who has helped him through his journey. Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Monday, June 27 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Mark's life will be held on Tuesday, June 28 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
