Obituary of Sophie Kruczynski

KRUCZYNSKI, Sophie Passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at the Woodlands of Sunset, in her 87th year. Loving wife and best friend of Aleksander for 54 years. Dear mother of Al, Roman (Lorna), Anna (Ernie) Jukes. Grandma will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Chris, Carol (Derek) and Zoe; as well as her great grandchildren Avery, Nevyn, Serena, Madilyn, and Roen. A special thanks to all the staff, Dr. Ali, volunteers and residents for all the love, friendship and care you’ve shown and provided over the years at the Woodlands of Sunset. As per Sophie's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service to celebrate Sophie's life will be held in the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. on Wednesday, August 5 at 11:30 a.m. Visiting hours are 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada - Research program only or to the Woodlands of Sunset - for the residents' furnishings.
