Obituary of William Procyk

PROCYK, William Peacefully, on Wednesday, November 8th, 2000 at the St. Catharines General Hospital in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Olga (Yawny). Loving father of Paul Procyk, and stepchildren Robert (Christell) Romanuk, Tom (Donna) Romanuk, Stephan Yawny, Eugene (Brenda) Yawny and Patricia Yawny. Dear Grandfather of Kathleen and Rachel Yawny. Survived by his sister Katherine Walensky, nephews Wasyl & Slavko Walensky, and cousins Mrs. Pauline Kowalsky and Mrs. Anne Diakow. Predeceased by his first wife Olga Mary (1982). William was a member of St. John's Ukrainian Catholic Church. Mr. Procyk is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Saturday at 9:30am. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated in St. John's Ukrainian Catholic Church at 10:00am. Rite of Committal at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 7-9 and Friday 2-4 & 7-9pm. Panachyda will be held in the funeral home Friday at 7:30pm.
