Grief Recovery Handbook
The Grief Recovery Handbook was written because the founders of the Institute felt that while many books on grief recreate the pain caused by loss, there has never been a clear and concise solution regarding what can be done about it. Through research in the field of psychology, there are exercises available that can expedite the grieving process. These exercises are explained in The Grief Recovery Handbook. Many of the people attending the Grief Recovery® Outreach Program meetings have participated in these exercises and know that they work. Copies of the handbook are available at local bookstores or at the George Darte Funeral Chapel to those who are interested.
